After decades working with large and enterprise companies, Mark Mittentag and Keith Gazes came together to form User Friendly – a technology services firm focused exclusively on the needs of small businesses. For years, Mark had been overseeing a large in-house IT Department for a multi-million dollar international corporation, while Keith was running an IT company on Wall Street that specialized in the needs of large firms. Upon meeting, it was clear that Keith and Mark shared a mutual love of sports – especially ice hockey, music and their families. After lengthy discussions, our Founders agreed that there was a significant gap in the IT industry for small businesses, and they worked to create a company that acts as a virtual IT department for small businesses – User Friendly Technology Services was born from that work.
